PAYMENT AND FEES
Though I am not a provider on any insurance panels, I will provide you all documentation necessary to conveniently submit claims to your insurance provider and will contact the provider if any difficulties arise. The majority of my patients have out-of-network benefits, many of which cover anywhere from 50-80% of the cost of the session. I understand that treatment can be costly and I am a strong advocate for my patients.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, Venmo, and all major credit cards are accepted.
I understand that unexpected events or work schedule changes can interfere with your ability to attend an appointment. For this reason, you may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, or do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee of the session.
